Job Overview:
As the Office Manager at ABE Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our headquarters. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. Your contribution will be vital in upholding ABE Automotive's reputation for excellence in the automotive industry.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee clerical tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support back of house operations
- Handle phone systems, routing calls, and taking messages as necessary
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping activities
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Lead front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Provide organizational support to various departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience with team management and leadership
- Knowledge of training development principles is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $25.00-$37.00 per hour
