**About the Role**

The Billing Specialist II is responsible for ensuring that all invoices are submitted accurately and on time to Transplace customers. The position interacts regularly with both external and internal Uber Freight customers.
- Review shipments for necessary info in TMSF
- Modify charges in TMS per customer specific rules.
- Write and update customer specific SOPs.
- Know and understand account specific requirements - required charges, customer contracts, customer contacts, billing periods
- Monthly process and approve management invoices and send to customers.
- Create and send misc. invoices to customers as requested for on-boarding, travel and consulting invoices to customers.
- Create weekly statement invoices; send to customers.
- Collaborate with internal customers to create automated and manual business rules per customer requirements.
- Research and resolve underlying issues preventing Uber Freight from billing customers successfully.

**Basic Qualifications**
- At least 2 years in Finance A/R or Finance A/P
- High School Diploma or GED

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Industry experience
