Job Summary:

- Provide support for Office Administrator
- Tracking, receiving, and directing material deliveries.
- Data entry for tracking jobs, materials, and human resources
- Basic bookkeeping functions - accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong computer skills - ability to use social media platforms, MS Office, Mac OSX
- Strong communication skills - oral and written.
- Self-motivated with extremely proficient organizational skills.
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.

Job Requirements
- Must hold a minimum G license with available means of transportation
- Must hold college diploma and/or university degree (equivalency)
- At least 3+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in QBO and accounting knowledge or experience
- At least two references (1 employer + 1 character)

Job type: Part-Time / Full-Time Permanent

Pays: $20-25/hour based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
