**Overview**
We are an award-winning RV dealership located in Balzac, Alberta providing a wide variety of trailers and motorhomes to RV enthusiasts across Canada. The Parts and Accessories Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the parts department of our retail parts store. This role involves assisting customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their recreational vehicles, managing inventory, and ensuring the parts department operates smoothly and efficiently.

**Duties**
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying and locating the parts they need. Answer questions and provide expert advice on RV parts and accessories.
- **Sales**: Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records. Receive, unpack, and store incoming parts and supplies. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest RV parts and accessories. Attend training sessions and workshops as required to enhance product knowledge.
- **Merchandising**: Arrange and display parts and accessories in an organized and visually appealing manner. Ensure shelves are stocked and products are easy to find.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Process customer orders, including special orders and backorders. Notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup or delivery.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Sales, to ensure customer needs are met. Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding parts availability and pricing.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in retail and/or RV parts sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and equipment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of RV parts and accessories is a plus.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position with regular store hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and working in a fast-paced environment.
