Part Time Payroll Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Manage some accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as they relate to company business.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with controller to ensure proper handling of employee benefits and deductions.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and assist with audits as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as Payworks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments within the organization.

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
