**TNT Crane & Rigging Canada Inc**. has an immediate opening in its Corporate Office for a **Payroll Administrator.** The company operates in British Columbia as Eagle West Crane & Rigging, in southern Alberta as Stampede Crane & Rigging, and in northern Alberta as TNT Crane & Rigging. The company is part of the TNT Crane & Rigging Group which is headquartered in Houston, Tx. The group represents one of the largest crane service providers in North America. With over 38 branches, the company is known for its exceptional service, state-of-the art equipment, and highly trained staff. Their equipment portfolio spans mobile cranes with lifting capacities up to 1300 tons, crawler cranes, gantry jacks with lifting capacities up to 1200 tons, a variety of forklifts and specialty lifts, and a fleet of stocked rigging trailers.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will contribute to our team by:

- Review, verify and process the bi-weekly hourly time.
- Upload and process bi-weekly payroll within ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Assist with set up of new hires, terminations, and updates employee information within our systems.
- Assist with enrolment for Extended Health Benefit and RRSP program.
- Process all payroll related garnishments, terminations, and ROE.
- Assist with other Payroll and HR related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

What you will bring to the role:

- Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or working towards it.
- Knowledge of multi-provincial Employment Standards Regulations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software.
