We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. To do well in this role you need to be committed to improving operational efficiency and willing to be a team player. The primary duties of this role include managing inventory and our digital product catalogs. This is a permanent full-time position.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day order fulfillment
- Optimize operational processes and procedures
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues
- Listing and manage products on e-Commerce sales channels
- You must have significant attention to detail
- Maintaining product image library and other product assets
- Manage digital product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency of all listings
**Job Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reliable, accountable, and independent
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Capable of constantly learning and improving
- Tech savvy
- Excellent project management and organization skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects with demanding deadlines
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 3 years (preferred)
