MSHZ International Inc. is a fast growing team looking for ambitious reliable administrative assistant/ data entry clerk. We are located near Markham RD and 401 (Beside Centennial College).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Organizing Documents
- Working with large data and excel files
- Collecting Data
- Scanning and digitizing files
- Daily Record Keeping
- Reporting to Bookkeeper
- Other job duties as assigned
- Assist with special projects and other support as required

**Position**: Data Entry/Office Assistant
- Part Time

**Working Hours**: Day shift (Monday to Friday) - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Working hours may vary). Must be available all five working days.

**Duration**: Part Time

**Location**: Scarborough, ON.

**We're looking to hire someone who has/is**:

- Able to read and take direction in English
- Authorized to work in the Canada.
- Organized and punctual
- Phone answering knowledge is an asset.
- Minimum 1-3 years of previous administrative or data entry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word,)
- Ability to work in a highly organized manner with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet self-motivated, and also able to work under mínimal supervision
