**Role Overview**:
**What you will do**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks within the Financial Service Cloud and nCino platforms.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project objectives scope and work you're doing.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and customers to ensure clear understanding of project expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future project plans.

**What you bring to the role**:

- 7+ Years of demonstrable experience in Financial Service Cloud and nCino Platform Deployment is required.
- Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology
- Experience in Wealth Management Operations and Retail Banking is helpful.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
- Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto, ON.
