This is an opportunity to drive innovation in a dynamic, multi-year modernization initiative. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Salesforce and nCino solutions, ensuring alignment with TD standards and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, guide development, and enforce best practices. Conduct system analysis, resolve technical issues, and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and reliability. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining high standards for quality and security. Support agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, design, and architecture 4+ years with Financial Services Cloud 2+ years designing and building Omni Components 4+ years of nCino design development 4+ years with Salesforce DevOps processes 4+ years working in scaled agile environments 5+ years mentoring junior developers Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills Experience with Bitbucket/Git, Eclipse, RAD, JIRA, and Confluence Mulesoft experience is an asset University/college degree or equivalent work experience La TD est un chef de file mondial dans le secteur des institutions financières.
