Salesforce Tech Lead
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Work with Business system analysts to convert the business requirement to technical requirements
- Design, develop and maintain salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, data migration, LWC, and provide end to end technical solutions
- Ensure that the solutions meet the needs of clients and are aligned with business requirements
- Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects
- Manage and track the progress of projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status
- Mentor and develop junior developers
