_Responsibilities and Duties_
- Oversee the development and utility of our organizations’ income-generating websites
- Conduct research on effective website layouts and features
- Advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics
- Liaising with management team and social media coordinator to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies
- Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy
- Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks
- Qualifications_
- Degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, information systems, or a related field OR
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in the fields stated above
- Experience as an e-commerce coordinator
- Experience with Shopify is an asset
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
- Excellent time management, organization and attention to detail
- Creative thinker with and the ability to find helpful solutions to tough problems
- Respectful and contributing team player and influencer to achieve objectives through support from others
