E-commerce Operations Specialist
Company Introduction: MUMUSO is a rapidly growing retail brand, with two branches located in Toronto. We offer a variety of products that meet the daily needs of our customers, dedicated to providing high-quality goods at affordable prices.
Position: E-commerce Operations Specialist Location: Toronto
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote group buying orders on platforms such as Amazon, WeChat, and various social media platforms.
- Handle local product deliveries to ensure customers receive their products promptly.
- Responsible for daily product updates, adjusting the product selection based on sales data and market trends.
- Monitor market changes and propose optimization strategies for sales tactics.
- Proficient in using various e-commerce operation-related software.
- Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to change, and continually improve work efficiency.
- Able to work evenings and coordinate effectively with the team in China.
Qualifications:
- Priority will be given to those with experience in e-commerce operations.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and social media tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Able to work under pressure and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers.
**Salary**: Negotiable
