**Job Details**

**This is a 24 hour call center. **Hours vary from 8 am to 10 pm - must be flexible to hours. There are scheduled shifts.
**How you will do it**:

- Monthly/weekly Reporting of Service Tickets for local customers.
- Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders coordinating Service department tasks
- Create POs to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
- Work with the Installation Teams on handing over process for completed projects.
- Collect and Analysis data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.
- Follow up with the customers and collect their feedback.
- Gathering all necessary information for final close out documents.
- Perform administrative functions including, but not limited to, answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing and other duties.

**What we look for**:
**_Required _**
- College Diploma preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service / sales, or technical work environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
- Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
- Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired.
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Availability to work any shift is required.
