**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations or complaints.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is required; experience in a coordination or supervisory capacity is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions promptly.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
