**Position Summary**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas such as offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces.
- Empty trash bins in the office and shop floor and replace liners regularly to ensure a tidy and hygienic space.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures within the plant.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stored securely after use.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate stock is available at all times.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Previous experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects, as required.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and follow instructions.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or cleaning requirements.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Follow established safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within specified timeframes.
- Assist in special cleaning/organizing projects and tasks as required.
- Cooperate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Efficiently pick up equipment and supplies from various designated locations in the surrounding area.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of previous experience as an Office Cleaner/Assistant or in a similar role (required).
- Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle (required).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
