**JOB TITLE**:
Digital & Social Media Coordinator
**REPORTING LINE**:
This position will report to the Digital & Social Media Manager
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
You will be responsible for the engagement and growth of all social media accounts by managing online audiences, creating content, and following strategic plans to develop brand awareness for guests and followers. Additionally, you will execute digital marketing strategies by coordinating with your team to implement and manage them while tracking and evaluating overall performance. You will be a critical part of the Marketing Team in fulfilling brand identity, positioning strategies, and building an online presence.
You will also:
- Create content focused on strategies and tactics that will engage various stakeholders based on business objectives
- Pro-actively communicate with guests online, interacting with hashtags, building engagement for brands and responding across all channels, all while being social and building brand affinity
- Write social copy, answer questions from followers, and reply to comments on social channels
- Ensure consistent communication, awareness, and visibility across all channels
- Assist in growing brand awareness online, increasing web traffic to their domains while focusing on overall engagement
- Contribute to design concepts in order to meet project goals
- Communicate project goals and status updates clearly with colleagues and project leaders
- Effectively manage your time and priorities, including project planning, execution and follow up
- Identify and monitor effective benchmarks for measurement of social media efforts; analyze, review and make recommendations for future campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar
- Identify trends to develop strategies that will better segment guests and create sales/traffic opportunities
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing (preferred)
- Experience with social media listening and scheduling platforms
- Demonstrates digital and interactive experience
- A passion to interact with people online and in person
- Strong understanding of social media channels and how the various platforms are best utilized
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving team environment, utilizing interpersonal skills to manage the relationships across multiple brands
- Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically
- Highly creative, enthusiastic and a self-directed team player
- Eager to share knowledge and learn from those around you
- Possess stellar communication skills
- Willingly seek and accept constructive feedback
- Able to work well with anyone and everyone
- Motivated to consistently deliver high-quality work and go above and beyond to get the job done
