What You’ll Do
- Create Standout Content: Craft engaging social posts, stories, and updates that capture attention and drive conversation, highlighting key services, promotions, and updates.
- Visual Storytelling: Source, edit, and design compelling graphics and photos that bring our clients’ brands to life.
- Promotional Strategy: Refresh monthly promotions to keep content relevant, timely, and buzzworthy.
- Profile Management: Optimize client profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business to maximize reach and engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to spot trends, refine strategies, and increase engagement.
- Calendar Coordination: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar that supports consistent, impactful content.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, SEO, and design teams to amplify client messaging and drive results.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative, positive, and detail-oriented approach with a passion for storytelling.
- 2-3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing—agency or brand-side.
- Proficiency in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.
- Demonstrated experience with major social media platforms and familiarity with AI, scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with vertical video creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok) is an asset.
- A customer-focused mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow on a dynamic team.
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
