This role will report to the Global HR Director and provide support on various People & Culture programs. This is a full-time and hybrid position. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**: - Answer employee questions related to vacation, remote work and unpaid vacation requests - Conduct employee orientations as part of onboarding schedule - Facilitate background checks, collaborate with IT and document necessary information in tools to support onboarding and offboarding - Draft and send letters for salary increases, title changes and promotions - Conduct benefit presentations and reply to questions from employees - Work on performance management areas on BambooHR and maintain employee files - Assist the People & Culture team to implement new programs & initiatives which require use of existing tools or assessment of new tools - Assist in the implementation of professional development program updates as required - Assist to improve internal documentation and to ensure it is updated in a timely manner - Work on internal events, lunch & learn programs, etc - Provide internal support to people & culture team as required **Education and Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources - Minimum 1 years of experience working in a similar role **Key Skills & Competencies**: - Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills - Proficient in GSuite, MS Office - Prior experience and proven success in the above areas - Flexible and adaptable to multiple shifting priorities - Respect for confidentiality of information - Team player attitude - Good work ethic **Working at Trulioo** **You will be challenged to achieve, develop, and grow as part of a hyper-growth company.**: **We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and create a better world by revolutionizing how technology, trust, and identity intersect online.
