People & Culture Generalist (12-14 Month Contract)
As a People & Culture Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for the breadth of day-to-day HR needs, from onboarding and engagement, to benefits, perks and culture. You are approachable, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your HR knowledge across the entirety of the HR function, including working on special projects and initiatives to build a great workplace.
This is a 12 - 14 month full-time in-person role based in Vancouver, covering a parental leave and reporting to the Vice President of People & Culture. If you love continuous improvement and are passionate about building a great place to work, we’d love to connect.

Who You Are
You have 3+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist capacity. You have or are working towards your CPHR designation. You are a naturally curious person who loves learning and continuous improvement.
You have a good understanding of HR fundamentals, are well organized, detail oriented, and accurate. Bonus points if you have strong benefits administration skills.
You easily build rapport with others, have strong customer service and communications skills, and can handle conflict and confidential information with tacit, discretion, and diplomacy.
Finally, you get things done. You take pride in your work, aren’t afraid to share your opinions or seek feedback, and are passionate about building truly great places to work.
