Climate Control Canada is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, customer-focused Territorial Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company in your region, building lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and industrial clients who need our specialized temporary heating, cooling, and climate control solutions. This is not just a sales position; it’s a partnership role where you’ll work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to ensure their projects stay on schedule, on budget, and fully climate-ready.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute a sales plan for your territory to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Prospect for new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and industry events
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and timely follow-ups
- Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored climate control solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and profitability
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery, setup, and servicing
- Monitor project progress and proactively address customer concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, seasonal demand shifts, and competitor offerings
- Represent Climate Control Canada at trade shows, conferences, and community events

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales is desired
- This is open to entry-level sales associates, but it requires long hours of availability and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel across BC, flexible hours
- A results-driven mentality and the ability to improve over time, coachability
- Strong motivation to grow within the company, with opportunities for advancement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
- Knowledge of construction site operations or HVAC equipment is an asset but not required. More important is the ability to learn and adapt on your feet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $48,748.36-$114,785.51 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
