**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, accurate invoicing, and system updates. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors and partners to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders, verify product requirements, create purchase orders, and oversee order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including monthly recurring invoices.
- Coordinate with partners and suppliers to support customer needs, including product orders, returns, and account management.
- Manage device subscriptions, SIM requests, and related billing updates.
- Assist the sales team with billing and hardware-related inquiries.
- Complete monthly reconciliation activities and process return material authorizations (RMAs).
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians and sub-contractors for installations and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in an office environment, with 1-2 years in an administrative, operational, or accounting role
- Fluency in French is an asset, but not required

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
