**Reporting Relationship**: This position reports directly to the Service Specialist.

**Shift**: Monday / Tuesday 5 PM - 9 PM & Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service experience is an asset
- Call center and/or switchboard experience is preferred
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is supported
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- A Class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract are required, and transportation to work is required, as the location is not on a bus route
