**Reporting Relationship**: This position reports directly to the HR Generalist

**Shift**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Call center and/or switchboard experience is preferred
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is supported
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- A Class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract are required, and transportation to work is required, as the location is not on a bus route
