Make an impact with our Administration team as a Receptionist - Director of First Impressions. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls
- Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
- Perform a variety of clerical office support activities ensuring timely adherence to deadlines such as:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packages
- Coordinate building maintenance requests
- Maintain visitor key fob access
- Process client credit card payments
- Order staff business cards and name badges
- Coordinate catering requirements
- Fax/scan documents
- Reserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of rooms
- Coordinate various fundraising initiatives
- Coordinate flower/basket arrangements
- Assist the Marketing team with the content of monthly newsletters and digital displays
- Provide administrative support to peers, as required

**Skills and Experience**
- 1-3 years of office experience in a professional working environment
- Ability to handle multiple calls using a switchboard system
- Computer proficiency including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
