**What You’ll Do**:
As the first point of contact for our prestigious clientele, you’ll be responsible for more than just answering phones — you’ll set the tone for every customer experience. Here’s what your day might look like:

- Greet clients with polished warmth and professional poise — think _five-star hotel meets luxury automotive showroom_.
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries with concierge-level efficiency and grace.
- Coordinate front-desk traffic, ensuring the showroom always feels calm, curated, and customer-ready.
- Provide behind-the-scenes support to our sales and service teams — appointment bookings, light admin tasks, and keeping things moving smoothly.
- Offer refreshments and hospitality touches that elevate our guest experience.
- Maintain a pristine reception area worthy of the Mercedes-Benz emblem.
