**We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager, who will managing the**British Columbia**Territory** and should be based in BC, CAN.**

The Regional Sales Manager, Compounding Solutions is responsible for the efficient performance of all sales activities for Company products in an assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed sales and profitability objectives in both the short and long term. This position holds primary responsibility for the management of a geographic territory. The Regional Sales Manager, Compounding

Solutions is involved in sales and marketing activities along with effective customer relationship management with the goal of maintaining all current customers and expanding sales to new customers and markets to ensure profitability for the region.

With the goal to meet and exceed sales budgets, the Regional Sales Manager, Compounding Solutions must use originality and ingenuity to manage the challenges of competing interests for hospital pharmacy funding and lead hospitals to greater outsourcing of compounded products rather than in-house production. In addition, the Regional Sales Manager, Compounding Solutions must encourage hospitals within their region to focus more outsourcing funding toward compounded products where the Company is more vertically integrated.

The Regional Sales Manager, Compounding Solutions is responsible for differentiating the Company’s compounding solutions products in the outsourcing market, and constantly bringing value-added propositions to existing and new customers. The Regional Sales Manager, Compounding Solutions provides market information and feedback, which contributes to the budgeting process and to the identification of present and future opportunities for the development of the business.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in hospital pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales
- Experience in a pharmacy compounding environment highly desirable
- Existing relationships with Hospital Pharmacy directors in assigned territory highly desirable
- Proven track record of success in highly competitive hospital product market
- Experience in a health care environment is an asset

**SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels both inside and outside the organization
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft® Office
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent continuous improvement skills
- Proven ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain confidentiality
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills
- Strong competitive drive
- Completes projects in a timely, efficient manner
- Willingness to travel including significant overnight stays
- Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance as well as the ability to drive within the assigned territory to make sales calls
