**WHAT **WILL I BE DOING?**
- Organizes job fair bookings, prepares job fair supplies, ensures team is ready. Plans and attends all onsite and offsite Job and Career Fairs
- Assists Recruiting team by coordinates recruiting initiatives. Examples of such may include; Temporary Foreign Worker Program; employee transportation, hiring events, relocation programs
- With College/University + high school project leads, is point of contact for student employees and educational institutions. Coordinates High School Co-op program & College/University Recruit programs.
- Completes administrative tasks in collaboration with HR Leadership & Recruiting team. May include regular and ad-hoc reports, employment letters, job postings database etc.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Minimum 1 year previous recruiting experience in high volume business
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Enthusiastic, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Detail oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to handle discreet situations confidently and professionally
