We are currently looking to fill a full-time, Monday to Friday, Administration Assistant position. This position is currently located in Acheson, AB but will be relocating to our new office at 5613 70 Street Edmonton by the end of this year.

**Job Description**:

- Manage inbound phone calls - answer calls quickly, courteously, and direct calls accordingly
- Match incoming A/P invoices to the appropriate packing slip and check for accuracy
- Get customer invoices ready for mailing out
- Open & distribute incoming mail
- Follow up on P.O’s for calibrations
- Manage, navigate and maintain QuickBooks
- Call customers when needed
- Organized internal filing system with quotes, sales orders, invoices and completed work
- Assist with PO acquisition as needed
- Perform invoicing, or billing as needed
- Provide coverage in other roles as needed for support and cross training
- Run reports in smart service and in QuickBooks
- Participate in Inventory counts as required
- Other various admin tasks assigned such as photocopying, creating folders, booking courses, and hotels

Job Qualifications
- Minimum High school Diploma
- Relevant experience in an administrative type role is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Prior Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Strong organization, along with attention to detail & accuracy
- Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with both internal team members and external customers

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
