Summary:

Trenex Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our team. This dual role requires a candidate with excellent communication and data entry skills who can manage both daily administrative tasks and core bookkeeping functions.

Position: Part-time (3 days per week) Flexible schedule with possibility of more hours. Wage will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails and provide general administrative support.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and month-end reconciliations.
  • Payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Schedule appointments and organize company documents.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative and bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks Online and Payworks.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
