  • Manage and post across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, andTikTok
  • Capture in-gym and event footage (practices, competitions, classes, etc.)
  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
  • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally
  • Assist with email newsletters and basic website updates (occasional)
  • Track analytics to measure growth, impressions, and campaign success
  • Collaborate with coaches and staff to gather content ideas and gym highlights

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and overall social trends
  • Photography and video editing skills (mobile or professional)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to capture dynamic, action-oriented content
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Cheer knowledge is a huge plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2A 7N6
