We are a busy retail appliance store in North York seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting both office and customer-facing functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data, including high-volume copy/paste tasks
- Prepare, review, and distribute timely sales, commission, and production reports to management
- Process customer payments and manage cash-outs
- Close jobs and update records in company software (experience with Workiz is a strong asset)
- Coordinate scheduling for deliveries, service calls, and appointments
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with customer service as required
- Maintain an organized, tidy, and professional office environment

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of office experience in administration or reception
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated reliability and organizational skills
- Previous experience with Workiz Software considered a major advantage

**Schedule & Perks**
