Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents, electronically and paper, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Provide clerical support including printing tax returns and client packages, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
- Handle client inquiries, providing support and information as needed.
- Maintain appointment schedules, coordinating meetings for staff as required.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Experience**
- Previous office experience is required; experience in an accounting office is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
