Service Manager Required Urgently. Permanent, Full-Time Position in Perth, Ontario, Monday to Friday, 7:15- 4:30, (approx. 44 hrs/week). Busy position, available immediately. Mobility Care sells medical supplies, and sells, rents, and repairs home medical equipment. Our products and services make a positive impact to the quality of life of customers in the Ottawa to Kingston area. Please refer below for additional detail regarding this exciting role. **Requirements**: - Must be able to articulate clearly and present key information at a professional level to customers (customers are often elderly - you must be able to speak clearly and understandably, and sometimes loudly) - Excellent organizational skills, skilled in organizing yourself and others - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, results oriented environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn company-specific software system - Keyboarding skills of 50+ WPM - Loyalty to company policies, systems and objectives - Effective time management, project management and problem solving skills and a quick learner - Must have excellent telephone communication, and strong analytical skills - Must be able to work efficiently in a position that comes with many interruptions - Ability to accept and adjust to changes within processes to increase productivity - Must have strong work ethics & proven attendance records - Excellent math skills are imperative **Key Responsibilities**: - Process incoming repair requests with active strategies to suggest other beneficial products and services to customers - Communicate with customers regarding quotations/applicable charges and ensure these charges are agreed to upfront by the customer, and are properly invoiced - Schedule company technicians and salesmen in a way that most effectively uses company resources, ensures they are able to be at the correct locations on time, and arrive with the needed products/equipment that are correctly set up by the in-house technicians - Use company software to track delivered products/equipment to ensure that nothing is lost or misplaced - Process incoming repair and rental requests and invoicing - Ensure technicians’ notes are properly processed with action items addressed - Ensure necessary paperwork is processed quickly and accurately - As occasional ‘back-up’ front counter receptionist, ensure showroom customers are looked after in a timely manner and no one is overlooked when primary receptionists are unavailable. - Primary telephone receptionist as required. - Wage negotiable and commensurate with industry experience, training, and skill set.
