**SERVICE COORDINATOR**

The coordinator position is responsible for coordinating a team of 5+ technicians that provide HVAC service and installation to new and existing customers. The position requires constant communication with the technicians and clients to coordinate field service calls, both maintenance and emergency.

**Duties & Responsibilities **(in coordination with the Service Manager):

- Field all customer service inquiries
- Efficiently route technicians, accounting for skill level, daily to maximize profit and limiting travel costs
- Coordinate technician workload, service, quotes, and projects
- Maintain accurate information regarding customer requirements and update computer systems to reflect changes
- Coordinate schedule changes and communicate to customers and technicians in a timely manner
- Support technicians in the field and track/maintain paperwork and ensure follow up as necessary

**Coordinator Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capacity for critical problem solving
- Excellent communication skills -Ability to create and maintain relationships with field personnel and customers
- Comfort in a fast-paced office environment, with multi-tasking
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation and eagerness to work within a team environment
- Confident decision-making ability in time-sensitive situations.
- Experience is considered an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
