Consulting & Design Services Manager

Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrail, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada. We are looking for a Consulting & Design Services Manager to join our team.
The Consulting & Design Services Manager will be responsible for managing inspections and certifications of installed product, conducting, and managing roof hazard reviews and will assist in the development of Skyline's roof review program.
Experience in engineering is required, P.Eng. an asset.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Manage inspections and certifications of installed product, including;
- Product that has been installed as a result of tender
- Product that requires annual inspection
- And the inspection of other companies’ products
- Manage Roof Hazard Reviews
- Complete solution design process, work with internal departments to design products that solve customers rooftop hazards or problems. i.e. understanding the need and the rooftop of where the solution will be installed and providing an effective/efficient solution.
- Create and manage tenders
- Manage projects as required
- Assist in defining the inspection and review offering;
- Create contracts and agreements
- Create certificate, required documentation, and develop deliverable documents for customer
**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
