**Summary**

We are seeking a Concierge to join our team at A&B FORD. The Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, contributing to our mission of delivering an unparalleled automotive experience.
**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for service customers,
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Provide information about vehicles and services offered.
- Manage customer appointments and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Support team members in achieving overall dealership goals.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive products is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

**Call-To-Action**

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
