Our team is comprised of heavy haul / project cargo experts from various industries such as project forwarding, rigging and specifically over the road transportation.

Responsible to assist Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse activity. To be the primary backup in the event of Manager absence. Duties include but not limited to:

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Inventory levels and cycle counting.
- Customer order processing. o Receiving of customer goods into the facility.
- Labeling of new / current products.
- Confirming order accuracy for all outbound shipments.
- Handles customer pickups.
- Coordinates pickup with operations staff.
- Maintain a clean facility and monitor employee cleanliness.
- Ensure work assigned to employees is being completed correctly and on time.
- Report any issues to warehouse manager and work on resolutions together.
- Complete any documentation or counts required for manager reports.
- Complete order requests, customer programs, counts, display builds accurately and on time every time.
- Follow workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Follow workplace GMP and PIP policies and procedures.
- Ensure you understand all aspects of the warehouse business and perform all requested warehouse tasks.
- Read and understand all company SOP’s.
- Understand all warehouse accounts.
- Show professionalism everyday towards all departments, staff, carriers, customers, and drivers. Attitude is expected to be positive, motivated, and focused at all times.
- **Warehouse Operations Manager Responsible to be able to perform Manager duties when required.**_ _**Duties include but not limited to**:_
- Packing slip generation for outbound shipments from WMS.
- Creating pick tickets / Receiving slips from the WMS.
- Coordinating all shipment pickups / deliveries with operations staff.
- Month end internal reporting.
- Overflow shipping assistance. Creating shipment paperwork / labels.
- Managing warehouse staff / Delegating daily employee responsibilities.
- Day to day correspondence and customer requests.
- Understand the complete WMS system and process all customer reporting requests.
- Ensure all record documentation that is required is completed properly and on time.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by all employees, drivers, and visitors.
- Ensure that all employees are using proper Personal Protective Equipment.
- Ensure all employees are following proper procedures when completing different tasks.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Minimal 3+ years in a similar role
- Exceptional multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

- 3PL transportation industry: 2 years (required)
