We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager to handle future planning, as well as daily operations of the warehouse, including staff, freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse in the areas of Safety, Productivity, Quality, Customer Service, and Culture
- Recruit, onboard and supervise warehouse associates (SOP and technology training)
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations, including inventory and delivery metrics
- Oversee shipping, receiving, returns, customer service, inventory control, quality, and maintenance
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and suggesting new design layouts, inspecting equipment/fleet, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Adhere to all safety, business, and labor regulations policies
- Communicate with superiors, peers, subordinates, suppliers, employees, clients, HR, purchasing, and CSR team
- Continuous Improvement - Monitor and improve operational procedures to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service and loyalty

**About You**:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager with expertise and positive results in all areas including: Safety, Productivity, Inventory, Warehouse Layout, Quality, Customer Service, Employee Relations
- SOP and KPI development skills
- Ability and willingness to be hands-on
- People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work, and effectively explain ideas and objectives
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- WMS and RF experience
- Forklift experience / certification preferred
- Project Management skills

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
