Vaughan, Canada Ideal Warehouse Innovations Full time

**The primary purpose of this position is to oversee Bumper Production, Painting and put away.**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** (the incumbent may be asked to perform any combination of the following functions):
**1. Receive, inspect and correctly tag incoming un-painted bumpers.**

**2. Receive, inspect and relocate to correct location all raw materials for bumper production.**

3. Start Paint and Production Lines, adjusting workforce as needed.

4. Set up lines for Paint/Production as per order priority.

5. Make sure all items are put away in their designated locations.

6. Responsible for securing the paint line at the end of each working day.

7. Maintain an inventory of all critical shipping and receiving supplies and ensure availability.

**MAINTENANCE**

1. Ensure all fork trucks are properly charged and maintained

2. Document all Daily checks on all Fork lift trucks.

**3.** Complete daily checks on Paintline and paint booth.

**Housekeeping**

1. Keep Paint Line and Bumper Press Line clean and organized.

2. Complete daily removal of all plant waste to the proper waste storage areas.

3. Arrange all waste and garbage pickup as required including garbage and metal.

**Inventory**

1. Keep an accurate Inventory of all IWI shipping and receiving products.

2. Ensure all Inventory items are properly tagged, clearly identified, Quantities clearly marked.

Any other duties as assigned by the WHS Operations Supervisor.

7. To not use or operate any equipment, machine or device in a manner which might endanger himself, herself or any other worker.

8. To not engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- High school Diploma an asset.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Shipping and Receiving experience in manufacturing environment.
- A willingness to learn and be cross-trained within IWI.
- Certification in First-Aid/CPR Emergency Care would be an asset.
