**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our day to day operations of our painting projects. The Production Manager coordinates people and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget while acting as the liaison between the project team and management.

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Hire, train and manage field staff including foremen, painters, laborers, and subcontractors
- Implement production methods and ensure all employees follow standard procedures
- Verify employee time and ensure accuracy of payroll and invoicing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules & regulations
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and address any deficiencies
- Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan and schedule pre-production activities, including site visits, material selection, and equipment mobilization
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Schedule and coordinate field employees to meet project deadlines
- Order and manage project materials, including delivery and inventory control
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of company-supplied equipment
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years verifiable experience as a Field Manager in the construction industry (preference given for trade contractor experience).
- Possess and maintain a clean driver’s license.
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
