**Responsibilities**:
Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements
Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements
Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and feature backlogs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
Work closely with the development team to ensure that product features are developed and delivered according to specifications
Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders

**Qualifications/Competencies**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
