Product Manager

**Job brief**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and functionality in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and customers
- Manage the development of new features, from ideation to launch, including gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into the product development process
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings
- Drive and maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment with overall business strategy and goalsDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, including marketing campaigns and pricing strategies
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products are developed according to specification and delivered on time and within budget
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure product releases are on delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new sales opportunities and provide support in the sales process
- Ensure that product documentation is up to date and accessible to internal teams and customers
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, communicating project status to stakeholders and driving cross-functional teams to successful project completion
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior to inform product strategy and development
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Marketing.
- 2-3 years in software product management, preferably managing chatbot or AI products
- Strong understanding of agile software development process and tools
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from concept to launch.
- Experience in sales and project management roles, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of data collection and data management tools
- A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude
- Flexible hours and excellent time management skills
- A keen interest in learning new technologies and exploring new trends

**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and conversational design
- Clean coding skills and best practices
- Sound understanding of chatbot architecture
- Strong analytical skills and programming skills
- Knowledge of Rasa, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot, IBM Watson, and other chatbot development platforms
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience of modern programming languages: C++, Java, or Golang
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
