**Job Roles and Overview**

We specialize in crafting and distributing bespoke window covering solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Build a portfolio of potential and existing clients locally.

Initiate contact with clients, presenting tailored, value-based solutions using sample books and other media resources as necessary.

Establish connections, follow up, and generate sales through various channels such as door-to-door canvassing, flyers, lawn signs, B2B interactions, business card programs, referrals, networking groups, and other sources.

Manage appointment databases and daily schedules to ensure timely handling of all prospects.

Become a knowledgeable and active advocate for our brand.

Learn to balance clients' needs with business requirements, incorporating sales, literature/material usage, pricing, etc.

Attend weekly meetings/training sessions.

Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Embrace a consultative approach—identify clients' needs, educate, and provide solutions based on gathered information.

**Requirements**:

- Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious go-getter with solid organizational and presentation abilities.
- Prospecting expertise (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to connect with people and build a customer network.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Must be coachable.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory.

**Absolute Must-Haves**:

- G License with a clean record and no accidents.
- Criminal background check.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- No prior experience necessary, just a high level of motivation.

**Pay Structure**
- Base pay of $3000, distributed bi-weekly.
- Commission on top.
- 3-month probationary period.

You'll undergo fundamental training (all other aspects are self-learned) and be assigned a company phone number on Openphone. The app must be downloaded onto your phone for business purposes. Additionally, samples and marketing materials will be supplied.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
