We are a boutique real estate team seeking a full time Real Estate Administrative Assistant for our Oakville office location.

This is an in-person position, Monday to Friday with flexible availability required for evenings and occasional weekends.

**Previous real estate administrative experience is preferred.**

Copywriting, Adobe Photoshop/Canva and social media marketing experience is an asset.

**A positive attitude and good work ethic is a must**

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
