- Very Fluent & Comfortable reading/ writing English. Any other languages is a plus.

**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry and file management
- Come up with creative Marketing Materials
- Draft + Edit Social Media Posts & Videos
- Make Meta Ads + Designs/ Graphics to Market
- Provide support when asked regarding open houses or community events
- Provide support to real estate agents
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting clients and answering phone calls
- We value Professionalism, courteousness, and flexibility

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- entries into Toronto Real Estate Board and Constant Contact (CRM) or similar CRM Systems
- Making Canva Graphics & Videos on Editing Tools.
- Business or Real Estate/ Finance Background is a huge PLUS
- Starting Meta Ad Campaigns & Building engaging Graphics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
