As Vendor Revenue Clerk at The North West Company (NWC), you will collect and review rebates earned from food and general merchandise purchases, and ensure accurate coding by account, department, and product.

**Your Role**:

- Process debit notes to vendors for rebates, promotional activity and penalties;
- Collect information from vendor agreements, vendors, queries, or buyers:

- Enter rebate agreements into Billback Manager
- Process deductions from vendor using accurate coding
- Ensure all owed funds have been collected, and answer questions from vendors or buyers;
- Process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) setup on vendor accounts; review for compliance with internal controls;
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with other monthly and weekly tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ accounting or bookkeeping experience, or related education;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Able to enter data into systems in an accurate and timely manner
- Knowledge of accounts payable or accounts receivable is an asset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, and support peers as part of a team.
