**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Promote items on sale or highlight specials
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Restock coolers and snack stand in vendor
- Restock coolers in bar as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

**Requirements**:

- Smart Choices - Responsible Service Certificate
- Previous experience working in a beer vendor or similar role
- Previous experience using a cash register and POS system
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Friendly demeanour and positive attitude
- Can work independently and as a member of a team
- Reliable and shows up for work on time
- Physically able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Physically able to safely lift and move full cases of beer throughout shift
- Physically able to bend down and reach into coolers

The facility is open 365 days a year from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
