We are looking for hard-working carpenters to join our experienced team to work on construction projects across Ontario Both foreman and carpenter worker roles are available.

Our main office is based near London, ON but this role requires individuals to be willing to travel to jobsites in various locations across Ontario, with out of town stays in company-provided accommodations as needed.

**Job Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements;
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials;
- Complete rough and finishing carpentry tasks;
- Remove and replace windows and doors;
- Understand concrete forming, with ability to build forms;
**Job Requirements**:

- 1-3 years previous experience with carpentry or framing;
- Previous metal cladding/sheet metal cladding experience preferred;
- Journeyman carpenters given preference, but not a job requirement;
- Working at Heights training, or willing to obtain;
- WHMIS training;
- Heath and Safety Awareness in 4-Steps training (or 5-Steps for Supervisors);
- Willing to travel for work to jobsites across Ontario, with overnight stays as needed;
- Able to lift 50lbs safely;
- Attention to detail;
- Must be adept with math and measurements;
**Pay Rate**: Competitive rate, to be determined based on skills and experience.

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 2 years (preferred)
- window and door replacement: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- WHMIS & MOL Health and Safety in 4-Steps certificates (preferred)
