**Position Overview**

As a VIDA MOA, you will play a key role in supporting dermatologists, nurses, and aestheticians by managing front office duties, coordinating patient flow, maintaining electronic medical records, and ensuring every patient has a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional clinic environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about VIDA’s medical and aesthetic services.
- Perform **patient intake**, complete required forms, and accurately document patient history in **MedAccess EMR**.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments for both medical and cosmetic services.
- Prepare charts and ensure all relevant documentation, test results, and referrals are uploaded into the EMR before appointments.
- **Scan, upload, and file medical documents** in patient charts and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate referrals and ensure timely transmission of documentation to external physicians and specialists.
- Support physicians, nurses, and aestheticians by ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient daily scheduling.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area and front desk workspace.
- Manage patient payments, invoices, and administrative records in accordance with clinic policy.
- Monitor clinic inventory of forms, office supplies, and promotional materials.
- Participate in **monthly product knowledge and service training** to better support patient education and clinic sales initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and VIDA Dermatology’s commitment to patient-centered care at all times.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Medical Office Assistant Certificate** from an accredited institution (required).
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a medical or dermatology clinic (dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred).
- **High School Diploma or equivalent**.
- Proficiency in **MedAccess EMR** or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Strong computer skills, including **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)**.
- Excellent **communication, multitasking, and time management** abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for patient care and teamwork.
- Knowledge of **medical terminology** and dermatology/aesthetic procedures is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
